Three boys from St Michaels College Enniskillen took part in the recent FODC 10th Grammar and Secondary School's Swimming Competition and all three returned with medals.

Jake Cadden from year 8 showed his skill with 2 Golds in 50m Backstroke and 50m Freestyle and a Silver from the 50m Breaststroke. Ben Lynch from year 10 who is the current Ulster Schools 100m Freestyle Champion kept up his form with Gold in the 50m Breaststroke and also the 50m Backstroke and a silver from the 50m Freestyle. Oisin Mc Manus from year 11 swimming in the tough intermediate category (year 11-14) took Silver in the Backstroke and Bronze in the Breaststroke. Whilst St Michael's is normally renowned for its Gaelic Football & Cross Country teams the three boys who all train with Enniskillen Lakelanders Swimming Club showed the diversity of sports supported in the school.
