On Wednesday 27th September, representatives from St. Michael’s College Choir were accompanied to St. Macartin’s Cathedral in Enniskillen by Miss Ferguson to take part in the prestigious recording of BBC One’s Songs of Praise.
The Choir recorded hymns alongside many other schools from the Fermanagh area as well as the general public.
The Conductor for the recording was Mr Michael Mc Cracken, accompanied on Organ by Mr Stephen Hamill. Pupils fully enjoyed the event and were praised by many partakers including the BBC team for their courtesy, enthusiasm and singing.
The programme will be aired in November/ December. More details to follow.
