Well done to our cross-country teams who made the early morning trip in the ice to Antrim on Saturday and rounded off a busy and productive week of racing with two more team silver medals at the IAAF international/UK cross-challenge event in very cold and muddy conditions.
The U13 team (Year 8/9) took silver just behind Lagan Valley AC while the U17 team (Year 12/13) also finished second to All-Ireland club U17 champions Dundrum South Dublin (DSD). This made five sets of silver medals for the week, just need an alchemist (or a bit more hard work) now to turn a few of them to gold over the next few weeks.
