St. Michael’s is very proud that two members of staff recently achieved their Level 3 Accreditation from the Open College Network for their delivery of the Better Reading Partnership Programme.
This ten week intensive course
is an individualised reading programme which is highly structured, supplementary to classroom reading and uses a wide variety of reading materials.
Mrs. Sandra King and Mrs. Mary Corrigan attended an awards ceremony in Omagh where they were presented their certificates by the deputy head of Cass, Ms. Martine Clement.
In attendance were Mrs. Nichola McGrath, Literacy Coordinator and Mr. Cathal O’Connor, SENco.
