EMERGENCY APPEAL JANUARY 2010 - £5,750
In December over 250 students and staff took part in the Concern 24 hour fast. The fantastic total of £8,500 was raised. This money provides Concern with vital funds in 27 of the world’s poorest countries – offering emergency aid and long-term solutions that help people move toward self-sufficiency.
The students also presented a cheque for £5,750 towards the Haiti Emergency Relief Fund. This was raised through a Non-Uniform Day and a Staff Coffee Morning.
